Coaching has been core to our success. We are now pleased to offer our coaching services to entrepreneurs, business owners and managers as a standalone service. Our coaching team doesn’t pretend to have all the answers – that’s not what coaching is about. What we do is to apply a structured approach to helping you get the best out of yourself, your business and your people.

Our coaches have over 50 years combined experience of coaching entrepreneurs, business owners and managers to outstanding levels of performance.

For ambitious owners of smaller businesses, who may not have the resources to commit to a programme of face to face coaching, Excelus Telecoaching can fill an immediate need. You have access to one of our experienced coaches for an agreed number of hours. We know leaders of small businesses are under pressure – it’s a particularly tough time getting a small business established. But we’re here to help – and don’t worry, we don’t watch the clock too closely!
