What if I don’t have time?
We understand your time is precious. As a result we’ve designed our programmes to minimize time away from your business. However, spending time away from the business, but working on it, yields long term benefits. A key goal of Excelus is to help you make better and more efficient use of your skills, abilities and time. By learning to let others lead, you’ll actually save time in the medium term.

I’ve been on loads of ‘courses’ – why should this be any different?
To put it bluntly, because it IS DIFFERENT. We practice what we preach in terms of the need to think differently. Our programmes don’t contain any routine functional stuff – this is achievable elsewhere – We will challenge your thinking and help change the dynamics of your leadership style and business practices like no other programme.

Can I get help with the fees?
In some cases, Yes. You may be eligible for a Department of Employment and Learning Bursary. Check for more details. Alternatively, if you are an invest NI client, you may be able to get support through its business improvement training programme.
